Sony VAIO® TZ Series NotebooksSony VAIO TZ series is the latest offering in Sony’s range of ultra-portable notebooks aimed at the higher end of the laptop market. With a chassis made from carbon fiber and a small 11.1-inch LED-backlight display this laptop is as slim and lightweight as it ever gets (only 2.65 lbs with a standard battery), but at the same time it packs some serious performance even for the most demanding users. The VAIO TZ sports an Intel’s U7600 Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB PC2-5300 RAM and a lightspeed fast 32GB SSD hard drive. The 11.1-in WXGA screen with an aspect ratio of 16:9 and a native resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels is backed up by Intel GMA950 graphics card with up to 224 MB shared memory.

The battery life is one of the most impressive among the other 11-inch laptops on market and can last you as long as 8.5 hours. To facilitate video and voice communication, there’s a built-in webcam with MOTION EYE technology and a microphone. The VAIO TZ laptops are supplied with Microsoft Windows Vista Home operating system.
