The concept of an on-screen keyboard isn’t something new, it has been implemented long ago in tablet PCs and other touchscreen-enabled gadgets (iPad, iPhone and Acer Iconia, to name a few). Looks like Fujitsu is now also going to catch up with this trend and launch a new keyless Lifebook laptop designed by Laura Lahti for the “FUJITSU design award: a life with future computing” competition.

Two new ultra-slim P430 and P530 Blade series high end laptops were unveiled by LG, making them a challenge to other slim line laptops on market, such as MacBook Air and Samsung’s 9 Series. Both laptops are powered by the newest Intel Core i7 processors with Nvidia GeForce GT520M graphics, at the same time they are only 23.8 mm thick. This April it was 25 years that the first ever laptop computer called “PC Convertible 5140″ was unveiled by IBM. It weighed about 13 pounds, was the size of a a briefcase, had a carrying handle and was the very first computer to have 3.5 inch floppy disk drives that became a standard later on.
