Gateway unveiled several new notebooks

Today Gateway unveiled a few new notebook computers. At present company has 3 series of notebooks: T and M-series for mainstream users, and P-series for gamers and enthusiasts. The new notebooks that Gateway launched today feature fast Intel Core 2 Duo processors, webcams and HDMI out ports (in selected models). The T and M series are available in a selection of eye-catching attractive colors, such as Pacific Blue, Grey, Garnet Red, and Silver.

The laptops come with 250GB hard disk drives, Intel Core 2 Duo T5750 processors (2.0GHz/667MHz FSB/2MB L2), Super Multi DVD burner, 4GB DDR2 RAM, 802.11a/b/g WLAN and have Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit operating system installed. The Gateway T6836 and the Gateway M6848 models have the same specifications and only major difference is the screen size, which is 14.1-inches in T6836. The retail price of M6848 is $799.99.
