Acer Iconia: a dual screen tablet

Back in November 2010 Acer has introduced its new double screen tablet PC, Acer Iconia. It is powered by Intel Core i5 processor and has 4GB of DDR3 RAM and two multi-touch 14-inch displays with 1366×768 resolution each. That allows You either to spread your working window across both screens, or You can do totally different things in these two screens.

Acer Iconia provides some really useful features to take advantage of the multi-touch dual screen design. The touch applications, such as Virtual Keyboard or Gesture Editor, can be launched easily by making a grab gesture with all 5 fingers. You can also assign customized gestures to specific applications to making their launching as easy and quick as possible.

This dual-touchscreen Acer Iconia laptop was nominated the winner of the Last Gadget Standing at CES 2011 consumer technology trade show.
