The Alienware m15x is an impressive futuristic looking gaming laptop packed into a fairly small package. At 15.4″ inches the screen is big enough to give you plenty of detail without making it too big to use conveniently on airplanes and other crowded locations. At launch only certain configurations of the laptop are available so the customization options you’re used to from Alienware may not be at your fingertips. You’ll have to wait a little longer to get access to those. For instance, you can’t order your laptop in black yet. It will only take a couple of weeks for more choices to show up.

The laptop is affordable at $2,099 and comes packed with what you need to run your favorite games. That includes 120GB 720RPM hard drive, and Nvidia Go 8700m 512MB graphics card, a 15.4″ WXGA+ display with 1,600×900 pixels resolution, a DVD burner, 2GB RAM, and an Intel Core 2 Duo T7500 2.20GHz processor.
